Privacy Policy:

Any interaction and collection of sensitive information such as but not limited to Name, Email Address, Address, and Payment Info, will not be shared with any third party organizations. All information collected is solely for internal use and records.

Shipping/Handling policy:

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 working business days. Please allow at least an additional 3-5 business days for shipment updates before contacting customer service.

 

Return policy:

We are not accepting any refunds or returns due to COVID-19.


 

Cancellation/Refund policy:

SERVICE ONLY

 

There will be NO refunds for any scheduled Catered bookings, cooking classes, meal prep delivery and/or any other service to be provided by us, in the event that it is cancelled by the customer. There is a 50% booking fee, the remaining 50% is due seven (7) calendars before the scheduled event date. Should your event need to be rescheduled due to an emergency or inclimate weather, you will have thirty (30) calendar days to rebook with us at no additional cost.
